Students from across outh Mississippi showed off their projects at the "Science and Engineering Fair" at the Coast Convention Center in Biloxi.

About 700 projects were featured this year.

Some of the topics were familiar... like "Can fruit generate electricity to power a light bulb?"

Others were rather unusual including a Hovercraft.
